BURÇELİK R&D CENTER

Burçelik R&D Center was approved by the Turkish Ministry of Science, Industry and Technology in the year 2017. The R&D Center succesfully complies with the yearly audits done by the Ministry, focusing on developing industrial processes in the field of mining and aggregate machinery and systems. It also concentrates in the design of new product platforms as well as fulfilling customers expectations in their field of production.

Burçelik R&D Center offers innovative and technological solutions to its customers with the rational and practical solutions developed in house. The Center has the design and analysis software and test-measurement devices required for the development and manufacturing of new product ranges.

With its highly experienced and expert engineering staff, innovative perspective and 50+ years of manufacturing/operating history, Burçelik R&D Center has the ability to meet the requirements of the aggregate and mining industry for crushing-screening machines and plant systems.

 

Burçelik R&D Center Research Projects Supported by TUBITAK (The Scientific and Technological Research Council of Turkey)

In the year 2002, application for Tübitak 1501 Project support, concerning the subject of  'Research, Development and Production of new Material Project for Jaws and Hammers Used in Crusher Machine', was accepted and concluded successfully.

In 2012, application for Tübitak 1501 Project Support concerning the subject of  'Crusher Plant Optimization', was accepted and concluded successfully.

In 2012, application for Tübitak 1501 Project Support, concerning the subject of "Design and Production of Mobile Impact Crushers to be Used in Recycling Process at Urban Transformation", was accepted and concluded successfully.

In 2013, application for Tübitak 1501 Project Support, concerning the subject of  'Pilot Scrap Screening Unit', was accepted and concluded successfully.

In 2019, application for Tübitak 1501 Project Support, concerning the subject of  'Development of a New Generation High Crushing Capacity Jaw Crusher with Automatically Remote Adjustable Close Side Setting', was accepted and concluded successfully.


COMPUTER AIDED DESIGN AND ANALYSIS COMPETENCE

Burcelik, is the leader company in the field of mining and aggregate machinery and plant systems with a highly competent computer-aided engineering (CAE) team accompanied by a sophisticated computer-aided design (CAD) infrastructure.

Burçelik R&D Center provides services to its customers in the following areas:

Static and dynamic analysis of the designs and/or products with the Finite Element Method (FEM).

Kinematic analysis of movable mechanisms.

Optimization analysis of products and processes.
