BURÇELİK CP Series Impact Crushers can be used as primary or secondary. They are the leading crusher type at international markets, mainly at West Europe with Burçelik brand.
Features & Benefits
- Used as primary or secondary crusher.
- Suitable for hard-abrasive materials with specially designed blow bars and impact plates.
- For very hard and abrasive materials, with optional metal matrix ceramic or Ti-C reinforced blow bars.
- Setting and maintenance with very user friendly design of hydraulically opened crusher body.
- Hinged impact walls.
- Protection against overloads.
- High reduction ratio with ideal cubical shape production output.
- Impact blades are of welded steel construction, stress relieved after welding and are replaceable with hard alloy steel cast wear plates
- Welded steel construction body, stress relieved after welding. Inner surfaces are covered with Hardox 400.
